My name is Jeanine Schaefer, I'm an editor at Marvel Comics and also I love cats. Cats and comics go hand in hand, possibly because we're all very close to being shut-ins. But we have jobs, so we have to go outside and talk to people sometimes. Many of those times we end up talking about cats.

Tom: Loki is an incarnation of the darkest aspects of human nature, basically. He is—he is jealousy, pride and ambition. I think Mark Ruffalo has the best line about him, he’s like “Loki’s mind is a box of cats.” It was fun, it’s fun to be a box of cats. [x]
Ruffalo has Loki headcanon. I cannot.

Just saw The Right Stuff for the first time (I know, ridiculous) at the MoMA last week. It was sad and hilarious and lovely and gave me all of the feelings. It also has one of the best non-sex sex scenes ever, as Sam Shepard and Barbara Hershey race horses across the desert.
Also, that cat on all the way to the right looks a little like Ed Harris’s face the entire movie. Bless.
